A very fun experience renting electric scooters for the first time! Easy access to the beach and stanley park. Friendly staff. A great way to see the seawalk and Vancouver!

Rented a normal bike and ebike, and was so happy with the experience we went back again a second day. Shop is very clean, and equipment is in good condition with reasonable prices. Liam helped us get set up, and was very polite, patient, and did an excellent job of explaining how to use the equipment. Top notch customer service. Highly recommend renting from here!

Trust me this is the best bike rental you will find in whole Vancouver, the more hours you use your bole, the cheaper it is, 1 hour 9$ 2 hours 8$… plus the treatment is just fantastic, they hold your items if you need it, they filled up us water bottles for free, and gave us a small discount because we rented 7 bikes. Is just one of those business that you know you will comeback if you need the service.

My husband and I had a great experience at the burrad location. They were very friendly and provided a map for us 😄 the rental included a lock which was helpful for when we stopped for a quick beer and bite of food. The prices are affordable and reasonable. Would definitely recommend OVERALL AMAZING

Had the pleasure of renting here from Mario, and he was fantastic. Made sure we were both happy and comfortable before continuing down the line of customers. He included the basket and the bike lock, and was very friendly. Great prices and great bikes, I would recommending making a reservation online before visiting the store, but you can also make one in the store via the tablets as well.
