North west installed the HVAC system in new home, and Mike came to day to clean it. He was exceptionally friendly and thorough. We did not know anything about the system and he explained it to us. I have been unable to reach the company by phone, as they are not answering and not taking messages. I highly recommend Mike and want to let Chris know how pleased we were with him today.
