Jeff was phenomenal. I live in Victoria and he helped with property issues that cropped up on several occasions. He was very supportive and honest and went above and beyond to make the sale my condo happen.

Jeff Parlee successfully helped me find my current condo with no glitches and helped negotiate the listing price and get me the best deal he could. A near flawless experience. The only down side is that the listing had 2 parking stalls listed and I bought it thinking I OWNED two stalls. Upon reading the Form B before and after purchasing it slipped by both of us that the stalls were common property and not limited common property. Luckily the strata is very easy going and I was able to use 2 stalls, I just cannot sell with 2 stalls. All in all Jeff convinced me to buy here when Incas very hesitant and it was my best investment yet. There were no other hiccups in this transition. He will work with you after you sign their agreement, which may seem pushy but he clearly states at the time you can cancel that commitment at any time. I will be recommending him and this remax to family and friends.
