The friendliest staff of any pet store - chain or otherwise! Yes, there are lots of locally owned and run small pet businesses, but the staff at this store makes up for the large-corporately-owned-store vibe. Yes, they offer the 'usual' brands, and, no, you're not going to find any vegan, handmade cat toys or whatever, but the store atmosphere and kind, helpful personnel have earned my devotion.

This location is great & their Manager Meg has an amazing genuinely friendly team. That makes both my dog & i feel appreciated and thoroughly enjoy every visit since moving to eastside of the city 10 months ago.

There are other pet stores considerably closer, however, none like the great & always helpful staff so worth the trip & extra time. *Damian waves to staff*

Used the bathing station a few times. $10 gets you use of the bathing station. As long as you need as long as other customers aren't waiting. They provide shampoo, towels, and treats. I mean it is more than worth it! Stop breaking your back at home or paying $50 just for a bath at a groomers. Much more manageable to bath my dog here than at home. Not sure my dog likes it at all hahaha but she got a much better clean then I can give her in my tub. Ive moved recently. Really wish I had a bosleys near me! I miss it!

The staff here is really friendly and eager to help. I took my two stinky boys here to have a bath and they provide towels plus shampoo for the dog bath station. For $10 each, I can save the headache of bathing my dogs in the bathtub and avoid getting dog fur everywhere. At the end when I went up to the counter to pay, the staff had put together a little bag of freeze dried liver treats for my pups. Out of all the Bosley’s stores that I’ve been to, this one is my new favourite store.
