I was introduced to Amanda via a friend through a no obligation first time home buyers call that Amanda had set up. I was instantly impressed with her overall demeanour, professionalism, knowledge and willingness to help.

As a first time home buyer, the process can be daunting but she helped me mitigate a lot of initial worries as I slowly dipped my feet into the process. I decided then that I wanted her to guide me through my journey of buying my first property. That turned out to be an amazing decision.

There are many different types of buyers, and I fell into the very 'hands-on' category; throwing many listings at her daily at all hours. Amanda was very accommodating; replying even deep into the evening and early in the morning. She helped me navigate the pitfalls of real estate and understand all the different language and processes.

The whole process of my purchase took about two months, there were highs and lows as we tried to find me some perfect in the crazy Vancouver market that fit into my criteria and budget. Eventually, we found something great and I definitely would not have been able to do it without Amanda.
