I have been practicing here for years and can attest for the quality of the instructors. The environment is very inviting and supportive; with the teacher engaging each of the students and helping them with their personal growth, on and off the mat.
I would highly recommend this class to anyone interested in the practice and/or philosophy of Aikido.

Ueshiba, O-sensei, the founder of aikido, is explicit about the utterly transformative and creative aims of Aikido: “True victory is not defeating an enemy. True victory gives love and changes the enemy’s heart” (Morihei Ueshiba (O-Sensei), quote from Mitsugi Saotome in Leonard, 2000, p. 150).
