Needing drawings for a permitted renovation I undertook in August 2020, I contacted Archivolt without any prior experience of the process. Kostas visited my project and took care of everything. I was supplied with professional drawings, hand delivered and given good advice, he also helped further when the city made a few things complicated.
Overall I was very satisfied and would recommend him and his company without hesitation. Great service at a very reasonable cost!

This is my very first review of anything and I am happy to write this for Kostas , Jimmy and the people of Archivolt.ca

I was trying to submit my own permits for our renovation and after seeing how complicated it seemed , I looked around for an Architect to help and someone familiar with Coquitlam's permit process

I knew Kostas from another life and career and when I found out he was focused on this I emailed him to see where he might be able to help.

Within three days he send Jimmy and Mitch to measure our property, arranged for the Surveyor and coordinated the construction drawings.

While the drawings took about eight weeks to develop , I do not feel this was unreasonable since we needed to wait for work from the Surveyors.

Kostas recommended a few General Contractors to work with , but we selected our neighbor and he was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the drawings and the efficiency of Archivolt.ca
