Zachary Hum - Physiotherapy

Zachary treated an old wrist injury that stopped me from doing the things I love. Right after my first session I already felt an improvement and within 3 sessions I was back to my activities that I thought I'd have to give up forever. His intuitive style and kind approach are much appreciated.

Zachary is a fantastic physiotherapist. He is friendly, attentive, insightful, and professional. He takes a cumulative approach to treatment and rehabilitation, addressing root causes that may be unconscious or habituated overcompensations. Zachary goes the extra mile delivering individualized treatment and provides all of the information needed to yield the best results and a quick recovery. I don't often write these reviews but I would highly recommend anyone to book with Zachary.

Zachary has been able to identify the root cause of multiple issues and educated me on how to strengthen to eliminate the pain. The improvement and progress has exceeded my expectations. He is a great listener and non-judgmental, able to have a laugh and really has made my journey to a pain free existence an enjoyable one! Would 100% recommend!

I had foot pain that came and went and then stayed and lingered. Saw Zachary and right away, he was able to figure out what is happening and what is needed. Within two treatments, the pain was mostly gone and after the third treatment and subsequent exercises, I am pain free! Zachary is professional, gentle and non-judgmental in his approach, and offers ways to build up strength for the future, not just to treat the current problem. Fantastic physio experience!

Zachary was very professional, friendly, and competent. He was able to promptly assess weaknesses and identify issues that were causing pain, and subsequently create an easy to follow regimen to alleviate these issues. He never fails to follow up and check in to see if there is any confusion regarding the regimen and to ensure that I am getting the results that I wanted. Would highly recommend!
