Excellent service... was a bit wary when I pulled up that it was an apartment, but was created curbside and they provided prompt service - had the batteries replaced in 2 watches. They also cleaned the watches. I have no qualms about recommending this company.
Had a Oakley BottleCap with a broken stem that is no longer in stock. Yes 'had' because it is now fixed. If you are expecting a fancy store front then this is not it. It is a small operation that gets the job done. Be clear about what you want done, how much it will cost and how long it will take so there will be no misunderstandings. Bottom line - I have a working watch again.
Two Pocket watches repaired and cleaned. Wow how to say the job was done this well with such craftsmanship, respect and honour to the watch and customer. Service in its true form. Thank you.
Did an excellent job repairing a broken watch band on a 35 year old Seiko watch. You would not know that a repair had been done. I would recommend the company to anyone who requires a watch repaired.

I thought I needed a new watch battery for my (cheap, Timex) watch, but when he checked, the battery was fine. He suggested that it might be that the mechanism had frozen, and had two different potential solutions to the problem, one that would almost definitely work but be worth more than the cost of the watch (as he explained), and one that would be cheap, but might or might not succeed. In my case, I have a different watch that I can use instead, so it didn't seem worth it to pursue either option. But, I appreciated his open-ness and help in determining possible actions. Thank you! (Note: this is a home-based business, with no exterior sign to indicate you're in the right place. But I felt totally comfortable interacting with the owners.)
