(March 30, 2017, 7:05 am)Victoria, one of the bank tellers, always makes my visit to BMO a pleasant one with her light humour and bright attitude. I needed to pay off my credit card a few days after my birthday, and although there was a long line up she took the time to congratulate me and wish me well. A few days later, I received a birthday card in the mail in regards to my visit. It really makes a huge difference to the customer's experience with little gestures such as these - thank you!
