Great one stop shop. The smokery and bakery is awesome! The independent grocer stocks superstore brand goods (president choice), restaurants, dollar store etc. All in all a great local place to avoid the bustle of the big malls.

Good for quick grabs, a couple fast food options, small grocery store, deli, and produce market. The parking lot is the only downfall, always packed. If you live close by it is convenient and if you have lived in the neighborhood for a long time, kind of nostalgic as they kept a portion of the old mall.
