(August 31, 2019, 5:27 am)I found this guy to submit building permit for an illegal rental unit done by previous owner. It was a tiny project for the rental unit and my builder charged me $20000 but never able pass City inspections. I call this drafting guy and ask if he knows what to do; out of any expectation this guy knows construction more than my builder. He came to site taught us how to build the fire wall thing and we got that inspection passed. Until we got the final approval, we keep calling this guy if we got any construction questions.
