By 2020, this neighborhood will be classified as an entertainment district packed full of fun nightlife, restaurants, recreation centers and coffee shops. With a beautiful view, this will be an awesome place to call home when everything is up and running.

(December 17, 2017, 11:03 pm)The East Fraserlands is often overlooked as a destination or even a place to live. But when you spend time down here you realize what an amazing community it is..and is becoming. There are 10,000 homes planned for this area and four new parks are set to be built in 2018. One of the best things is to come down here on a summer evening as the sun is going down and walk the river path and stop for a drink at Romers. A hidden gem. But not for much longer.
