I found Ashley Drody on Instagram when I first moved to Vancouver as I was seeking out local talent to help me with branding / lifestyle photoshoots for my business. I was so eager to shoot with her because I loved the vibrant colours, crisp images and how she captured true beauty! It was elegant, timeless, uplifting, bright and exactly what I was looking for in a photographer. My first photoshoot with Ashley exceeded my expectations, they were easily the top 2 photoshoots I've ever done. After our first photoshoot I inquired about her being my wedding photographer. She is undoubtedly my go-to photographer in Vancouver/BC and I can only imagine how stunning my wedding & engagement photos will be! Ashley is a gem, very easy to communicate with, punctual, a great turn around rate. Not once did I have to follow up on photos weeks/months later, which a lot of photographers seem to do. I couldn't recommend her enough!

Although poor weather meant that I didn't get the pleasure of meeting and shooting with Ashley, she went above and beyond to set up a new shoot date with one of her colleagues on a day with better weather during our short visit to Vancouver, which was so incredibly appreciated. My initial booking process with Ashley was friendly and easy. She was incredibly responsive and provided great options for locations for us as we were unfamiliar with the area.
