Amazing selection for every necessity, from bacon to dry aged beef; the BC lamb is to die for! Young and friendly butchers, Antonio provides great culinary advices too!

Great quality meat. However, sandwiches are very decent for this price. Had beef stew there a couple of days ago, and it was not good - corned beef, water and 2 sweet peas was all I found in the plate. Oh, and a hair. Was very disappointed.

Things here are kinda expensive but in terms of quality cuts you can’t really go wrong. If you’re after a specific cut they’ll have it out the back. If they’re out. The guys know there meat and can give you a solid idea of what else you can chose to fit. This is a quality butcher, you pay more but the results are exquisite.

And for any Australians in Vancouver, they almost always have bundy ginger beer.

Amazing quality meat and incredibly friendly staff. I go out of my way to get meat from this place because they provide such a great experience and everything I’ve ever bought there has been delicious.
