I do not know if it is Rob's calm and caring voice or his confidence expressed even with a mask on. Rob at ST Vancouver is probably the only guy I trust with my bike apart from myself. A solid 5-star from me.

Friendly staff. I went on a day they were closed, but the staff member I saw working through the window came out to talk to me to explain. I had a question about shoes, and he took the time to explain what he knew and the options they had. They specialize in road cycling here.

I stopped by today because I needed some help with our daughter’s brand new bike that we got online!

Customer service was top notch, friendly and they went above and beyond with resolving my issue!

Brought my old(ish) road bike in to get a bit of a tune-up. Vaughan and Robin (I think?) helped me out, they were very friendly and easy to talk to. More importantly, they knew I was trying to keep the total bill as low as possible so they weren't pushy with me whatsoever. This place has really nice bikes in there, but don't be afraid to bring in any road bike that needs work as they'll be happy to do it.

Hands down the best Bike Shop in Vancouver! The staff are very knowledgeable and the most helpful and kind individuals! Highly recommend going here for any of your bike needs!
