Evolve Massage | RMT Vancouver, Burnaby

Came to Evolve Massage to see their RMT Lilli due to my extremely tight traps/hips as I sit for the majority of the day and left my session with increased mobility and decreased tension in my body.

Lilli was absolutely fantastic and super professional/knowledgable--she even provided me with at home exercises to aid in my recovery. She was able to effectively find and release tight areas in my body--even places I did not know needed to be released. I look forward to my next session with Lilli.

It was my first time at Evolve and was pleasantly surprised to see an open space that was laid out very thoughtfully that provided a welcoming presence upon entering.

Ryan has been treating me for a few years now with my permanent hip injury and various other issues. Thanks to Ryan now I’m able to enjoy the activities I love to do with more range of motion and less pain. He’s an amazing RMT who is extremely passionate in what he does. He is full of knowledge and is constantly updating and improving himself to help his clients. His massages target the right spots and are effective. What I find most helpful is that Ryan will get me to do some functional movement exercises after each massage session. Exercises that target my problem areas and help to strengthen and stretch. Overall, the clinic is simple but modern and clean with beautiful wood accents. The built in gym is a bonus. Great service. Free parking. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to Ryan.

Modern place with free parking at the back. Lilli Cheung was amazing, I'd recommend her for RMT for sure. She went beyond and sent me exercise program to help maintain good health, following the massage therapy. She truly cares and loves what she does! She listens and evaluates your needs to find the most suitable therapy.

Had an RMT session with Matt and was very happy with the experience. Very professional, asked relevant questions to evaluate my issues that needed treating. Confirmed the pressure he was using was appropriate throughout the session. Gave me some good stretches to continue treatment at home. Definitely booking another session with him!

My experience at Evolve RMT Vancouver was thorough and educational. I was able to see Ryan for treatment for some chronic issues that I've been experiencing for the last few years. Ryan was thorough with his assessment and mindful of the challenges I had faced in the past - he really met me where I am at.

His hands on treatment was precise, and his Kinesiology background/knowledge really emphasized the importance of modifying basic movements that I find myself doing each day - very subtle, but very effective.

I would highly recommend seeing Ryan at Evolve - it is a modern, detailed approach to Massage Therapy that can be very effective for anyone.
