(April 14, 2021, 11:17 pm)To be clear, I am not a customer of PDS, and he may be a good photographer BUT... I showed up at Photonation Digital Studio doorstep with my 2 y.o. daughter during his business hours, and nobody was on the spot to take care of business. I called the guy to ask how does this work, and in response he told me to come back after 18 o'clock, because he is "not always there".
So he still may be a good photographer, but PDS is not very respectful toward customers and other's time in general.
My choice to visit the studio was based on Google reviews and ratings, and they appeared not to be 100% true. Here is my experience with the studio, so people would know what to expect. Cheers.

I also appreciate his customer service. Frankie told us up-front that he has a home based business and to make it easy for us to find he was waiting outside for us upon arrival. Friendly and professional Happy to work with him again.
