Probably the most knowledgeable people in the industry... Grumpy but great.
Good service. Im not a contractor, so they are closed to the public (something they neglected to tell me on the phone when i called ahead for my part). They still took care of me out the back, paying by cc over the phone. I appreciate the idea to be safer... but there was still a steady stream of contractors in and out, so perhaps no real restriction in contact. I feel like it was overkill to close to the public when i would guess that only makes up 10% of their clientelle...
But i really dont know. Its their call, end of the day.
I've been in the trades for 40 years. The wealth of knowledge the staff has is fenominal and very helpful. Cant say enough good things about them.
A guy at controls department was amazing.
He helped me to find a replacement for a very old fireplace gas valve that failed.
Very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend any contractors for hvac needs and for some gas appliance parts!
