Coastal Reign Printing

This is an amazing printing business that deserves to be recognized! I have been using Coastal Reign for several projects now for our business and have always been impressed with the results. We have ordered hoodies, t shirts and long sleeve shirts with our custom logo several times now. The customer service is 5++ stars.

They offer many choices for clothes depending on what the price range is, so if you're wanting to go super high quality or on budget, they make it possible every time. Additionally, this is a great business to use if you're looking for a smaller quantity of items as they offer discounts usually once you purchase 3+ items.

I had a small order (3 items) with a special image that needed some attention... So, not a big company with a logo ready-to-go and hundreds of items... Yet they were great dealing with my special request, gave me individualized attention (thanks, Anson!), and perfect results. This was a birthday present and though I missed the date by a few days (I contacted Coastal too late, it took about 2 weeks for the whole process), it was really worth it! Everyone is so happy!! Great customer service; I was emailing with an employee for 4/5 days trying to nail down the design and items I wanted. He helped me nail down the best product and decide between a vinyl printed image and embroidered one, giving pros and cons for both. I asked for a guarantee that the items would be delivered by Feb. 17 as I needed them for Feb. 18, and I was guaranteed- barring any new shipping delays - the package would be in hand on Feb. 17. I just received the package Feb. 11, a full week before I was expecting it. My only issue was the sizing description for the pants/sweats were not helpful, there were no waistband or inseam measurements for the products I was looking at which made it hard to discern how big the items would be.

We were very pleased with support that we got during the design phase of our little project. Anson and company helped us along whenever we ran into technical challenges. The final product is fantastic, just what we were looking for. We will use Coastal Reign again. Thanks!

I am fairly tech savvy - I'd suggest higher than average - but found the iterative communications via the website less than optimal. This is why I am not giving full marks. When you are designing something on a timeline and there are disclaimers about delivery dates, sometimes it is easier to just talk to a human. In the end I did and everything was handled to my satisfaction. The product arrived sooner than expected and was absolutely as I had hoped.
