While Dr Luke is a caring doctor, he really needs to manage his time better. Always running 40-80 minutes late than my scheduled appointment time. Receptionist also refuses to tell you how many people are still waiting to see the doctor over the phone. So you can't really plan your visit accordingly. I would say it is safe to arrive 30 minutes later than your appointment time.

Update: here for another visit. Scheduled at 10am. Now it is 11:20am and I am still waiting.

update 2: The clinic finally fixed the reservation system!! Reservations are no same-day only (basically first come first served)! Way better and the wait time is minimal now! Very happy. Changed to 5 star. Just be ready to call at 8:30am sharp in order to secure an appointment (be prepared to redial as the line could be busy).

Dr.Edward Like is one of the best doctors ever. Unfortunately their sechduling system makes it near impossible to see him. Spent the entire morning trying to book a appointment. By the time I connected, there weren't any slots left.

They should install a phone queue system instead of seeing who is lucky enough to connect first every phone call.

We had an appointment today at this clinic, the doctor was very nice, but one of the receptionists was not friendly, she asked us and the other patients in an unfriendly way, another lady was nice though.
Will recommend more customers for them anyway.

Dr. Luke is awesome. He has been our family doctor for many, many years. He is very caring, patient, understanding, thorough, and knowledgeable about his work. He is most certainly patient-centred and as a result, appointment times do often go over. However with this being said, expect longer wait times but just let the receptionist know you will wait in the mall and they will usually call you when it is almost your turn. Last time I was there, I had to wait at least an hour and there were 3 people ahead of me. But once it's your turn, you easily forget about the wait.
