I think it's safe to say that everyone in Vancouver has a realtor friend, well actually, a few realtor friends 😂. But I don't think many realtors will stake outside of the seller's home on the night of submitting offers for 4 hours to secure the deal for the buyer. Alan is such a person. He was an engineer working in Europe before. So he has a systematic approach, and is meticulous in taking care of the details. He listens to clients needs and work with you patiently to satisfy them.
