Her soft skills paired beautifully with her impressive market knowledge and a work ethic that I am still in awe of. From my end, it felt like everything just fell into place but it was no accident. From guiding me through the purging process, staging, and managing prospective buyers and their agents, to finding the perfect new home for me, this ‘seamlessness’ was all her. What a gem. I don't write reviews but I feel I need to share the amazing experience i had with my realtor Christina Joe. Where do I start, Christina was kind and patient from the start and took care to listen to all my needs and wants. This was the first time selling a property and also purchasing one on my own, Christina helped me stage my place, which looked amazing and it sold within 3 days on the market, yes 3 days! It was also incredible, I closed the sale on one place AND put an offer on a new place all on the same day. Christina bent over backwards for me, nothing was to tedious or annoying which gave me a huge peace of mind. Thank you so much Christina, I am forever grateful for everything you did for me. Christina is an excellent agent who made the effort to understand our needs as buyers. Based on our initial discussion, she presented various options based on our needs, and gave us her honest opinion on the properties that we were interested in. We did not feel any pressure to make a decision on a particular property. She willingly shared her knowledge of the current market and future prospects in the area. When we were ready to purchase, she guided us every step of the way and sent us the documents we needed to review to make an informed decision. We will definitely engage her services again when we purchase another property.
