(February 24, 2021, 4:00 pm)Situated on a desirable location and beautiful site, this notorious "Leaky Condo" complex had been mismanaged and neglected for over a decade, but the last five years have seen a complete turn-around in management style, along with a court-appointed Administrator who is overseeing the complete building envelope remediation project.
Excellent place to live, and an unbeatable long-term investment opportunity!
