The pipe in hot water tank exploded. I called and asked for help. A staff member named Mark c Came and did the best job. As my request he installed a new hot water tank and put new pipes. He was on time fast and knowledgeable.
At first I was so nervous with the explosion of the pipes but after Mark finished his work he gave me a piece of mind. I asked him other questions and he answered professionally .

Great experience today with Rob H coming to fix a couple clogged drains. When I called in the morning, they were able to schedule us for the the same afternoon, which was fantastic. Rob arrived in good time, and did a great job. He even explained what he was doing (why and how), which I greatly appreciate. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Plus, with everything going on in the world right now, he kept a respectful distance, which made the experience of having someone else in your home much more comfortable. I highly recommend this company.

The Professionalism was amazing and installation was a work of art. The advice and direction received not only resolved the problem I had within the home but the solution and install of a complete new Boiler and heating system for the house was put together incredibly well. The prompt service and repair was done with direction and understanding through the whole process and I would especially like to complement Mattia for an amazing Job. Internally I would also like to thank Raij for the honest direction in of such a large Repair. I would highly recommend Milani for anyone who is looking for quality work at a very reasonable cost.

So, I'll be honest - I didn't want to call Milani at first to get a quote on a combi boiler. About 2 winters back, I was ripped off by a plumber dispatched by Milani. That guy was polite and diagnosed the problem quickly and said it would be simple to fix. The problem is I asked but didn't get a price. So I was expecting to be hit with a $3-500ish bill as he said circuit board and zone valve needed replacement. Handed me the hand-written bill at the end and it was $900+ on my 8 year old boiler! I might have just decided to replace it instead of repairing for that amount of money... I managed to negotiate a small discount with Milani office after looking up 2 parts on a canadian site that Milani had marked up by like 150%. Not a good interaction but then I figured I would at least get a quote this time to use with other companies.

The redeeming experience started off with Thomas, the comfort advisor who came and provided a detailed quote and outlined what would be covered. Also worked with me on comparing quotes from other companies in a pleasant manner. Considering how knowledgeable and detailed he was compared to other companies and the quote was competitive, I decided to go with Milani after a week of tormenting Thomas with a million questions. Upon paying the deposit for my combi boiler (replacing a 10 years old 40 gallon hot water tank and 80% efficiency boiler), I was instantly scheduled the original day we discussed 3 days back, crazy!

So the next day, Mattia came to the door. Mattia is very experienced, senior level plumber with working experience around the world, originally certified in Italy and transferred here. He was pleasant, considerate and consulted with me to arrange the piping how I wanted - I was hoping to have some input but he exceeded expectations with accommodating placement. He worked hard, quietly and I had to remind him to take a break by himself on his first day. The 2nd scheduled day, he had another great guy named Gordon to help finish the install. They then walked me through settings, what maintenance would be required later and tested the system together with me. There is so much useable space now I can use for storage on the ground and can even put cabinets on the wall later.

I come from a client experience management background and although I recognize great experiences, it's very rare that I was wowed to this level. Won't hesitate to recommend Thomas, Mattia to anyone looking to get boiler/hotwater tank work done.
