I recently Saw Warren for a climbing related injury. I've heard amazing things about him and working with him did not disappoint. As someone with hypermobility my body can be challenging. Warren was not only incredibly knowledgable but took the time to really listen and make me feel heard where many physios in the past have not. I walked in unable to look right or left, and left with nearly full range of motion after one session. I highly recommend Warren to anyone I know with injury or need of support.
A friend recommended seeing Warren for a climbing related wrist/thumb tendon issue that wouldn't go away. He was knowledgeable, kind and most importantly, under his guidance and help it actually healed! Great clinic and staff. Thank you!
Had a partially torn tendon in my middle finger from rock climbing. Warren was very knowledgeable and able to explain, how I was injured, why that injury occurred and the proper steps for recovery. Following his advice I was able to heal much quicker then previous tendon/pully injuries. During my final check up Warren was able to provide me with advice about identifying and avoiding over training, how to incorporate use the hangboard and incorporate it into my workouts. I have left this experience healed and prepared to avoid future injury.
I saw Warren for physio a few years ago, about a year and a half after a bike accident where I got hit by a car. I had some lasting injuries that were getting exasperated by my profession (Hairstylist); mainly neck, shoulder, arms, and wrists. He is very kind, knowledgeable, firm but not rude at all ( we all sometimes need a little accountability to keep up our exercises at home!). He was the first body worker (I had quite a few before Warren) who suggested I strengthen my forearms to relieve the wrist pain I'd been having since an injury I had when I was 18, and it helped SO MUCH (before him I only got recommendations to stretch my wrists and stretching without the proper stability made the pain/inflammation worse). I recommend Warren to all my clients who need physio knowing they will be well taken care of.
I started to see Warren in late 2021 for a finger injury from rock climbing. Warren is very knowledgeable, nice and easy to talk to. As a climber himself, he was very great to work with on a climbing specific injury. After only a few appointments and following the rehab plan, I'm back to climbing pain free! I would highly recommend Warren and Elios Health to anyone.
