Not knowing the Greater Vancouver real estate market (we are out of Province) we relied on Ryan Windsor to help us purchase a condo in Poco about 4 years ago. And now we have sold that condo and we used Ryan again. We used him twice because he is that good.
In the purchase of the condo he carefully explained the nuances of strata living and the pitfalls one could encounter.
In the selling of the condo Ryan correctly predicted that the market would get soft and advised a strategy that would get us out the fastest with the most dollars. And it worked. For that we are grateful.
He also recommended some trades to help in the cleaning, painting, and staging which was done to our satisfaction and in a timely manner with his supervision.
