July 2020: Long line up at the door due to Covid restrictions. Bring an umbrella against rain or sun as it's not under cover. The store no longer carries Simplicity Patterns. Good selection of fabrics and helpful staff doing their best to keep calm and carry on.

A great store, service could be abit better. Needing people on the floor to help. But lots of product great sales. Staff were very friendly. I could spend all day in there ??

Good control over number of people required and all customers must have face mask.Wait has been on average 15-20 min queue time .

Made a trip out here as the only Richmond fabric store had closed and was met with an equally large variety of fabrics. Though the store is slightly disorganized and items are a bit scattered, their prices are decently low, with the hidden key of 'members only'. With that being said, if you are an avid sewer and buy fabric frequently, a membership and trips to this store will definitely be worth your time. If not, then might want to head elsewhere.
