Our plumber was Brandon who called us to say he could come early, which was great. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. He fixed all our issues in no time and left us with a friendly goodbye and have a nice afternoon.

I had reason to call Lambert for 2 different services within a few days. Jack came to install my gas stove, and Brandon came a few days later to solve a couple of plumbing issues. On both occasions the operative arrived either on time or a bit earlier. Both were informative, polite, wore Covid-19 masks when I requested they do so (no whinings about it!), and got on with the job efficiently and quickly. Both quite clearly were good problem solvers, and explained what was going on when I asked questions. This was a very good experience for me - I felt confident that they had the skills to do the jobs well (which is a change, these days....). Office staff were also helpful, friendly, and gave accurate timing information. I had the overall impression that this is a well-organized and fairly operated business, engaging qualified staff who give higher than average service.

I have used Lambert Plumbing & Heating, Ltd on several occasions. They do very good work and they are very reasonably priced. Today technician William saved me considerable amount of money by determining the plumbing issues I was having required a simple fix not the costly solution that I had assumed would be required.

Lambert was quick to respond, set up an appointment right away when we needed our shower tap fixed. Jack arrived on time and was super pleasant and polite to deal with! He left to get a new handle and returned with a replacement very quickly - he then explained what to do if it was to happen again in the future! All in all a great experience, would definitely recommend them!

Getting an appointment the same day you call for service is unheard of nowadays but Fiona the dispatcher @ Lambert Plumbing Heating & Air made it possible. Brandon S called to check in with me to see if he could come around 1:15 pm instead of my assigned time of 2 - 4pm which was a pleasant surprise since he finished his job early so I eagerly accepted. Brandon S showed up on time and he was a helpful, courteous and a pleasure to work with. When I asked him questions about the gas fitting that was installed on my house and the adapter I was going to use for my BBQ he answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He also gave me many helpful tips about lighting the BBQ, etc. When I called again about the adapter pieces not being able to be removed to attach to the new hose I purchased. Brandon S called to check in with me to see if he could come around 1:15 pm instead of my assigned time of 2 - 4pm which was a pleasant surprise since he finished his job early so I eagerly accepted again. When Brandon S arrived the problem was resolved in no time.
