Jon is GREAT...he is very knowledgeable, personable and so easy to work with. We had our sofa cushions seat and backs that are from a Lazyboy sofa...so after 10 years we wanted to firm it up for comfort, and it did take 3 tries at it, and each time Jon was so patient to ensure that we were happy with the end result...would not hesitate to refer him:)

Came here to find a mattress topper for our mattress that has deep body divots even though I knew that most likely the solution would be a new mattress. I was reluctant to get rid of the not-very-old, expensive mattress so was hoping for a quick fix. However, Jon educated me on foam mattresses and toppers and I'm so happy I got a new mattress! I saved A LOT of money on a custom-made KING SIZE mattress by going here. The owner John is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Because of my spine problems I needed a special mattress that was extremely firm. I ended up getting one that has 6 inch of high density foam and 6 in of medium-high density with a custom cover made to fit. I got to choose the material for the covered. So the mattress is 1 foot thick. And I can just flip it if I want something a little bit softer. The owner John let me try the foam's individually and then he stacked them up so I can try both ways.

I had talked to a big brand name foam mattress store and they wanted twice as much money to do the exact same thing with the exact same quality foam. The big-name store also needed two weeks to make the mattress.
