Your technician Ciprian was extremely professional ,showed up on time and fixed my treadmill without any parts needed.
He looked very confident on what he was doing also very friendly with my dog.

Very professional Service Technicians arrived at the appropriate time and were very friendly. They couldn’t seem to pinpoint the problem and needed extra assistance. They went the extra mile in order to find out exactly what was wrong by going straight to the manufacturer. They were able to troubleshoot and deliver. Great job!!
**UPDATE**
My initial experience was frustrating as there were a number of errors from the service department. HOWEVER, I got a call from the department manager, Chris, and completely changed my perspective of the experience. He was understanding and courteous with my issues and has subsequently fixed our machine.

As a manager of a company that specializes in human gait for medical product, we heavily rely on our treadmill to be working. we have had no issues with the machine until the stop button stopped working. we called it in for a repair as it was still under warranty. The tech came in assessed the issue and ordered the new board. In the interim the motor had developed a high pitched squeak. We also called this in to the service and asked to have it repaired/looked at at the same time as the new board was being repaired.
When the tech came he did the work and left with no word to anyone. the Squeak was not fixed or talked about. with in 2 days the whole machine stopped working.
Again we called the service department and they sent a tech out 5 days later. he figured out the problem as was ordering the parts. It then took a week to get an estimate (which was sent to a wrong email after asking them to change it on the phone). It has now been almost a month and a half since the treadmill has been working and is seriously affecting my business. When emailing my frustrations to the Customer service it was just brushed over and pretty much ignored. No communication, no phone call and no working machine.
