Grime Fighters have always been providing great service to the building I managed. They are responsive, reliable and flexible. When there is a rare issue, they fix it asap and are always fair in their dealing. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a quality Vendor.

We hired Grime Fighters to clean our strata's gutters, windows and power wash the sidings. They did a terrific job. would totally recommend them and hire them again next year! After researching plenty. we were concerned for getting the best as it was a big job we needed (3 buildings), as our gutters had not been cleaned in 7 years!!! Some had 3 feet plants growing out of them. Grime Fighters were recommended to us by a couple of other stratas. They had their own lift & proper WCB clearance, unlike many other companies. FYI: if any contractor gets injured on your property while doing work & they dont have WCB clearance, they will sue you or your strata for personal injury to get access to your property insurance. So make sure they have WCB clearance. On the day of the job, they were literally hand digging dirt out of the gutters and bringing them down by the buckets full! They even got the grumpy old owner who NEVER agrees on anything, coming out after they left, knocking on my door and telling me what a great job they did and also to rub in my face that his gutters were cleaner... I have more trees in my yard than his! I remember the first thing my professor said to the class in my Real Estate Appraisal course many years ago, the most important investment when you buy a house is a power washer, so don't cheap out. It will help maintain your property value.

There are times when I hesitate to express just how fantastic a company is. The reason is completely selfish, as I don't want to wait in line with my competitors.
