Charles and Michael are awesome. We have used them for over 4 years and also got them for our furnace replacement. They are also very good at cleaning up the work area after each service.

I really appreciate the fast response and excellent service. It's a busy time for heating repair and Superior came right away. I'll be calling again for the regular maintenance offered.

first time i have felt inclined to write a review--i needed an inspection of a gas stove, and not only inspected the gas lines and components, but helped suggest next steps, and stayed in contact to make sure everything is done safely. and they were super understanding of my position as a tenant and offered to explain the problems to the landlord directly. the calm and informative contractor really put my mind at ease.

Michael was prompt, polite and very helpful when we were having a problem with our outdoor gas fireplace.
Shortly after, we were experiencing an issue with a thermostat. And while it turned out we could fix it ourselves, I had texted Michael to ask for advice. He replied almost immediately and encouraged us to try DIY even though that meant no house call for him.

Superior Gas is awesome! Micheal returned my phone call almost immediately and we were able to set up an appointment the day our pilot light went out of our gas fireplace. Michael came to fix it the next day. His servicing went above and beyond what was expected with him cleaning the fireplace and the glass. Plus he is very polite, friendly and accommodating. Plus the fee is very reasonable. Highly recommended.
