Damien and his team have helped us out with several home repairs now. I've always found them to be professional, honest, upfront and courteous. I most definitely will use them again if other renovations/repairs come up.

We had Damien and his team install new flooring and repaint our entire condo: ceiling, walls, doors, everything! All was done flawlessly and on time, which was very important to us as we had our move in date set and would not be able to wait not even a day longer. Communication was great, all arrangements with the strata was done by them, we literally just sat and waited. Our place was perfect, they fixed imperfections on the walls we didn't even noticed were there. And they even arranged to have the place professionally cleaned after construction had finished. Will definitely use them again when comes time to renovate the kitchen/bathroom.

We reached out to Clear Renovations for a quote on a renovation for a potential condo purchase. He came highly recommended by our realtor for his craftsmanship.

Damien was very thorough in his assessment of the project and provided great design ideas. He was very honest with what he could provide within our budget and gave us good tips on how and where to save money without comprising our end goal.

In the end we did not go forward with the project.
