I just had my 3rd laser treatment here and hands down can say that Pooneh is the best laser tech I've ever had! Her attention to detail, her knowledge and care is exceptional. I would highly recommend you to go see her if you are as crazy about hair removal as I am!

Recently visited Ovo Media Spa, a very beautiful, fresh, and clean environment!
I enjoyed the friendly welcome of the technician Pooney who ensured Covid safety protocols were followed which made me feel very safe.
When it came time for the procedure, Dr. Kwok spent a lot of time explaining what to expect and making sure I was comfortable.
I appreciated his knowledge and his patience.
I am pleased with results of my lip injections - I just wanted a very natural, subtle boost to my lips and this is exactly what I obtained.
Shivawn followed up with me in the following days to ensure any swelling had settled and that I was fully satisfied.

I recently had my first experience at OVO. The spa itself is very clean and relaxing,and this made me feel safe and happy having treatment there during pandemic. The staff members are very knowledgeable and friendly. I had microdermabrasion treatment with Pooneh. She was so nice, patient and knowledgeable and answered all my question in detail. I was totally satisfied how she was following with me during the whole procedure and making sure I have no discomfort. After treatment I see my skin is smoother, my blackheads are all gone, and I look more brighter and fresh. Definitely I would go back there for more treatments and try other services they offer. Wonderfully professional crew, this upscale medi spa has some of the best high end equipment to do the job, the Doctors and techs here really understand the science behind what they are doing to produce results. They take the time to explain and make sure you are very comfortable before and throughout the process. They pay attention to details and take the time to ensure results! The location and set up is really nice as well!! Bright beautiful and clean! I would come again as I trust them and their advice. My friends have come as well for more intense procedures and she even said it is so worth it! Many options to choose from to do what is right for you. Check it out!!!!
