Janet and her team spent the time to get to know my mother her needs and what we were looking for. They didn't try to up sell us, which we really appreciated. They were able to arrange some one to visit my mother within a day, and my mother really enjoyed their company. I would recommend Home Instead to anyone looking for in home assistance.

Very nice office/ establishment. Most of the office staffs are respectful, attentive, accomodating and professionals. The place itself is organized and clean. Very friendly environment. Home Instead is where you can find dependable care for your love ones, fragile elderly parents who need utmost loving and specialized care.

Most caregivers are well trained and has years of experience in elderly and dementia care. The care team specially if lead by Shelagh Wright can be expected to be organized, well followed up and be heard/listened to properly of any concerns and reporting.

Janet Hassel , the owner is very approachable and willing to reach out to find solutions to the problem and concerns.

Although I have not experienced the services of Home Instead West Vancouver myself, I have met Janet and a number of members of her team at events, and in their offices and have always been impressed with their attention to detail, their caring attitude, and their professional developement programmes throughout their entire organization. I HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY to recommend Home Instead to a friend and colleague of mine, Carol, for her Mother who is advancing in age, and has a number of impediments to her continuing to live on her own. What Carol has been able to experience and express is that she and her siblings, local and out of town, have peace of mind that their mother is in excellent hands, and that they can now visit and enjoy their Mother without having to be the major caregivers.
