This Sunday evening we had a leak and called Wayne in a bit of a panic. He video called us to see if he could help from home and offered to come out when we couldn’t find a solution. He quickly found a fantastic solution. He was polite, efficient and highly recommended! We really appreciate his help.

Wynne is fantastic. Came quickly (when others weren't answering) and replaced my leaking hot water tank. Answered all my questions and had the tank replaced by noon. Also had a look at a few other plumbing issues in the house and offered a number of solutions. If you need a plumber...he's your man.

Amazing! My first ever contact with Wayne was on Friday night, he answered and heard the story of my gas burner/furnace and gave me some first aid over the phone by facetime; promised to come by at 9:30 Saturday morning. On time (amazing!) and right away, when seeing the device, honestly said this was not really 'his thing' but would take a look, and if he could not fix, would not charge. He stayed about 1/2 hour and reviewed the device, gave me some advice and not question of a charge. I have an older home, always something needs fixing and he's the guy for me! Thanks Wayne, so good to have you in the neighbourhood.

This is probably one of the most important discoveries this year . Blue Monkey Plumbing is an outstanding company that is ethical and possesses stellar technician skills. Wayne is to be commended for his service, skill and integrity. I am recommending him to everyone I know. He came out today to help me with a vexing plumbing concern and took care of it. I am so grateful !
