Hudson's Bay

I went to pickup an online order and got sent on a wild goose chase! The counter to pickup online orders isn't marked as such and trying to find someone working in the store was also a challenge.

Nicki at the Estée Lauder counter is so helpful. She is the right combination of available to help but not product-pushy. She lets me know when a promotion is coming and remembers my skincare preferences and my mother-in-law’s, always warmly greeting us. She’s a customer service pro.

I wanted a new mattress and made the mistake of going to sleep country first, who sent me a totally mattress that was totally frozen solid on delivery.
I went through a lot of hassle to get it back to them. I could not believe how easy it was to deal with the Bay - the salespeople knew exactly what they were talking about. Mattress was delivered in perfect condition and I have been sleeping well ever since I got it. Thanks so much to the Bay for turning a nightmare into dreamland!!!

This is a big place with few levels. I really like the section for longeire. You can also find some nice warm robes that you can not find else where.
There is a section for home furniture and accessories as well. Not alot of stuff there.
Overall, if you haven't been to Hudson's Bay, it is a good idea to check it out
