Amazing customer service!

Love this store! It’s my favourite place to shop. The staff are really helpful and friendly. The products are so beautiful and unique.

Inconsistent service. One guy doesn’t seem to know what they are talking about half the time, but there are a couple of other staff members that are super helpful, especially when I’ve needed to buy gifts. Sadly, store is not what it used to be, was my favorite place to shop a few years ago, not anymore.

I'm really happy about my experience at this location. I bought two bags and one of them was badly damaged when I unwrapped it at home. The sales associate was willing to call other stores to locate a replacement and even suggested other alternative bags that were in stock. I chose to take the store credit, but I am am super impressed with the level of service offered at this store. They really take care of their customers here!

Excellent customer service! They helped me pick out a nice outfit for an event I was attending.
