The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Park Royal

Fantastic service from Jessica and Sophie at the bar tonight! They were mixing drinks for the servers and were still able to serve us our amazing dinners! Thank you, we really enjoyed our time tonight!

First visit on my anniversary night, service is efficient and server has very good manner. Our trial dishes including shrimp cocktail, calamari, roasted cauliflower, ceasar salad and French onion soup, entree we have are prime ribs, and Ling cod fish. We also have a complimentary Miner pie which mocha ice cream. Food are good as usual comparing other location. But I highly recommend here because dining is less stressful with plenty of space. Server is more attentive than other busy location. I enjoy my family dinner with young child. Parking at night is easy in front of stores on ground level. Appreciated!!

Good experience overall. Decor is high end and comfortable. Food is solid, as always. Had nachos, ceasar salad, prime rib (with the twice-baked potato side) and the Billy Miner pie. All were well-executed, with great flavor. The level of seasoning (surprisingly uncommon to see done right) was good for all the above. Our server, Josh, was great and made the meal extra-enjoyable. Four stars not five cause the heating on the patio (where we were seated) was a bit inconsistent on a cold, rainy night.

Always the go to family favourite for dining and celebrations.

For the first time, The Keg's fish options were actually delicious. I had the crusted salmon with cauliflower mash. Loaded with butter (as are all their dishes) but actually a great alternative to steak.

In the past, I was consistently disappointed with their seafood and chicken options - always dry, bland and disappointing compared to their steak options.

Glad the menu has stepped up!
