I took their in-person course before Covid hit and have to say, I had the best time performing my first ever standup comedy set on stage in front of hundreds of people and all the people were so supportive! Lizzie and her team really helped me work through some of my stuff and I was able to put it into a different perspective and tell the world about it. I highly recommend Hilarapy to anyone looking to step outside their comfort zone and grow.

Amazing organization. I love how they are helping people. heal wit humour. They use the art of comedy combined with therapy and help their students share their vulnerable stories. Truly inspiring!

Just starting my journey of "owning my story" and learning how to share it using humour. My end goal is learning a new way of communicating with the world. Really love these people and the work they do in providing a loving and caring environment meant to move you from "doubt/insecurity" to "yes, I can do this"! ❤️
