I had insomnia for 3 years after my father died. I went to my doctor and he gave me sleeping pills. If I took the sleeping pills I could sleep, if I didn't I could not sleep. I tried a naturopath, and that didn't work. I tried yoga, and meditation. I kept sleep logs. Nothing worked. I went to one reiki session and had my first real sleep in 3 years.
