I started to repair my washing machine but finally decided to contact contact Surdel Appliances. Lucky me! With Walter's help over the phone, and a lot of elbow grease, I found the source of the problem - a small nail caught in the pump, I extracted it and the machine now works fine. He would not take a cent for consultation. It is so refreshing to find a person who is so willing to give unselfishly of his expertise. Kudos to Walter! I strongly recommend Surdel to anyone needing appliance repair.

Just wanted to give a shout out to this business. I called on Sunday and had a gentleman call back . He had informed me he did not actually deal with the brand of dishwasher I had . Instead of just hanging up he actually took the time to give me some trouble shooting tips which worked . I passed this info onto my landlord who owns multiple properties and he was so impressed he took the contact info . Thank you for saving us money . You will be the only repair company I ever deal with .

I didn’t use his service. Called to see if he can fix my Samsung dish washer two years old. He didn’t repair Samsungs yet he took time to ask me the problem and advised me on possible cause. Me being a technical on cars will be able to do something about it. Appreciate people like this I try to do the same when I get calls from people. I wish them the best.
I’m sure he probably would have done a great kid if they were Samsung repairer.

My 2 year old expensive dishwasher was asked to be replaced by other repair company upon their service call. I wanted to get second opinion and Google this company and spoke to walter on phone who was extremely helpful. He asked me to turn my breaker off all night. His advice worked. My dishwasher is working fine. He is so honest as he asked me to troubleshoot before his service call. Thanks Walter for saving me from buying a new dishwasher..
