Great experience at THE BUND yesterday. We have planned to visit this restaurant for many times and finally we picked on Dragon Boat Festival to visit and make it special. You know when you have built up expectation for the experience, things may not as you hoped for. Not only it did let you down, this place over exceed your expectation. Food is amazing, View is spectacular, staffs are welcoming and accommodating. Make your feel like just at home with a private chef!
White Rock is getting better and better. Now a great Chinese resto is here. It was a first time today. We needed to wait for food longer than usual but it was okay, they seemed to be under staffed. Everything was yummy from the Chicken Wings to our 3 Course Peking Duck. The place was nice too and all their servers were pleasant and attentive. One server though needed training in customer service, just a feedback. Nevertheless, because of our love for Chinese we will surely be back.
The Bund is Gem of White Rock with the diverse Asian fusion and traditional Chinese dishes the food is amazing. High on the hill the cocktail list and drink menu go perfectly with the stunning view of the water and White rock pier. The owners of this establishment are also extremely accommodating and have high chairs for children. The owner routinely comes by our table and treats us to samples of her new creative drink concoctions. The service is excellent and I highly recommend this place🤙🏼
If you're looking for a great restaurant along White Rock beach hit up The Bund Shanghai Cuisine and Bar. I ordered chick soup dumplings, sweet & sour chicken with pineapple, shanghai fried noodles, hot and sour soup and pan fried marinated beef wraps. The soup dumplings and beef wraps were my personal faves. On another occasion I tried their garlic fried noodles* which were also good. I would have given this restaurant 5 stars except the hot and sour soup was not enjoyed by either of us. Overall I will be back to keep trying more dishes.
