I had a used unit I had acquired through a boat purchase. I am from Alaska, but happen to have family on Vancouver Island, so I brought it with on a recent trip and made the drive to Nanaimo. I was hoping they refurbish the unit and eventually ship it back. When I explained to them where I was from and what I was looking for they immediately diagnosed the unit, identified the problem, and offered to have the refurbishment complete in 45 minutes. I was extremely appreciative of the unbelievable customer service. This was all for a very fair price, and it saved me a return trip to Nanaimo and/or some expensive International shipping. They even sent me home with some stickers for my kiddos. Undeniably a business that stands behind their product and still understands the value of customer service. They promptly answered my email about a problem on one of their original pullers and since I lived nearby invited me to the factory in Nanaimo. They immediately put my unit on the bench and diagnosed the problem. Less than 2 hours later I had an upgraded unit at very reasonable pricing. Thanks Ace, great service.

Didn’t start out so well 7 years ago when we had to fix a brand new puller on the west side of the Charlottes with a broken ground wire. Brought it to Nanaimo and got the golden service. They went through it ASAP and had it back to me in an hour. Bought a bulldog to go on my old puller they even installed it. 2 thumbs up.
