I cannot recommend Jake highly enough. He has serviced multiple appliances of mine at several houses, including dishwashers, washer/dryers, stoves and fridges. Jake is everything a repairer should be: honest, reliable, experienced, generous and fair. If you have an appliance needing any service, look no further.

Our dryer heater decided to stop working in December a few weeks before Christmas and I called all around town in a panic, Jake called me back immediately and was at my house first thing the next morning, not only did he fix my dryer in short order but was so kind and pleasant. Jake was great! He came back several times, since Whirlpool suggested replacing parts that didn't need replacing. Jake persevered and figured out on his own the right part to replace, and fixed it! He was also more than fair in terms of his fees. I would highly recommend Jake!
