Arrowsmith Bikes

Just bought a bike from Arrowsmith Nanaimo. The service was 10 out of 10. Experience was like buying a bike from a friend. Sean was great.

I’ve purchased 3 bikes through Kebble and crew at Arrowsmith. Each time I’ve felt as though my questions have been respectfully answered and any technical concerns were promptly addressed. I highly suggest coming here for your next bicycle purchase! Plus the new shop is beautiful!!

Arrowsmith provides great service at reasonable prices. The shop is staffed by bike lovers… and keep in mind, the bike shops kept slugging it out through Covid so we could ride our bikes. I’ve had 5 star experiences here. They provide the same care whether you buy a valve cap or an E Mtn Bike. An update: The new shop is a massive improvement: bigger, brighter, and capable of producing ambient happiness. It’s worth checking out.

Very helpful and attentive staff. Answered all of our questions and even a few we didn't think to ask. Even helped squeeze my daughter's new bike into my hatchback. Highly recommend!
