Best Western Northgate Inn

We have stayed there many times over the past 6 years. A bit pricey for what you get but the rooms are very well appointed clean and quiet. Pet friendly. The staff have all been too notch in every aspect. The location has been great for visiting family in North Nanaimo. They used to have an AMAZING breakfast which added value to the price -covid cancelled that one too.

Room was great. I left a few things there (totally my fault) but when I called to claim them, nothing had been turned in... sure makes you wonder. The guest services were also completely unhelpful through all of it

The staff was super friendly and courteous, on check in staff had a barrier for protection as well as masks. As you can see from the photos there was bagged breakfasts to go. Lastly the room was clean and very comfortable. I will definitely be coming back here. Also the price was great as other places inflate weekend rates. Reasonable price

Fantastic experience at best western hotel. Most comfortable beds around and rooms are always very clean. Staff are friendly and really make you feel like they want to make your stay the best.... and they do . Would highly recommend for both business and pleasure travel.
