I've always had a good experience here, super friendly staff. I was extremely nervous to get my IUD put in and they let me play calm music on their phone (my phone was dead) and talked me through the whole process. I got snappy when it started to hurt and told them "just do it!!" after they asked me if I was okay, and then they powered through it for me and didn't treat me any differently. Very understanding and careful with their work. Sure appointments and walk-ins take awhile sometimes, but it's because they have so many people to help, and they don't push people out of the door if their scheduled appointment is over.
Everyone in this facility is very friendly and helpful!
My doctor is great! C. Moonsamy. Sometimes have to wait a bit to get in. Now the washrooms on the other hand... yikes! Smelled absolutely disgusting. Not like someone just was in there, but rather like pee that’s been fermenting for weeks on the floor.
Friendly staff, amazing doctor (Mcglynn) and much shorter wait time for the walk in clinic than the other clinics tonight.
