I had issues with a service and Bruce resolved them promptly and professionally. If I'm ever in town or anywhere near Nanaimo for that matter, I know where I will be heading *knock on wood* if I need phone help again.

Bruce is a life saver, he asked me what my phone preferences were and only presented options that met or exceeded them, all within my budget. As someone who's worked in customer service, I was very impressed with how quickly he made things happen as well as how easy he made it for me to decide. Highly recommend!!

Efficient and Effective! I took my 4+ year old Asus laptop to Bruce for a clean up in hopes to speed up the start up process every time I turned it on. Done and done!! He also went above and beyond by researching a program’s requirements for me to see if my laptop could accommodate it. It was ready for pick up the very next day 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Fast and effective work. I somehow mangled the charging port on my Samsung phone but he was able to fix it in under 20 minutes and for a very reasonable price. I wish I had known of them sooner and will certainly be going there for future work such as when the battery eventually dies.
I am absolutely thrilled with the professional and honest service I received, and am happy to recommend them to anyone wanting to repair rather than replace their device.
